Italian Terrace is open for ordering and we are able to deliver at this time.
Italian Terrace are able to receive and process orders via telephone, email and online. We continue to deliver to all areas but in some cases we have to extend the two weeks wait time. For delivery rates please follow this link Delivery.
There are however some restrictions in our ability to deliver due to specific access conditions. The driver is unable to enter your property or assist the movement of goods to their intended position. Often referred to as kerbside deliveries, you will need to find assistance if needed to move and position your pots.
Delivery to rural locations, in most instances, can continue without any such restrictions. However if assistance is needed to position pots then we will not be able to help, you would be required to use your own household or contacts.
All our delivery drivers are ensuring that recommended precautions are taken including heeding social distancing advice.
The single delivery driver will advise you of his arrival and place the goods at a distance from you, with the delivery note for you to sign, once you have checked the condition. Please then stand away so he can collect the signed delivery note.
Our outside show area at Pykards Hall in Suffolk is currently not open to visitors.
