This year we met this wonderful man at Chelsea Flower Show, with Georgie his PA and Mark from Italian Terrace. The stick he carries is carved by the great man. Its a tradition in Italy and needs skill and much patience. He showed us photos of his coveted collection. Occasionally giving one to charities for auction. Thank you for sharing your precious time with us, and thank you for giving your name, culinary skills and raising the bar of the high street coffee standards.
