SHOWS

We exhibit annually at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show and are now holding small Open Days with our friends from Alitex, Gaze Burvil and David Harber at their bases in Hampshire and Oxfordshire.

We shall publish the dates of these for 2010 on this website

ORDERING

HOW TO ORDER

The web site allows you to send an order to us. You will then receive an automated email reply with an order number. If you prefer you can email us directly. Or telephone us to discuss your order during office hours or leave a message. Also we do still have a fax which helps if you need to send us your headed paper.

In all cases we shall need to discuss your order with you, and shall respond within 24 hours during weekdays.

If you are sending a gift we can deliver a greetings card with the order.

DELIVERY

We use a door to door service for all our pots and larger items and a speedy courier for the plaques and smaller pots. The driver Martin is very experienced in delivering our goods and will usually get to you within 2 weeks. If you need a specific date and time of delivery we may have to get a quote for a dedicated delivery to you. Areas in the UK less trodden may have to wait a little longer for Martin to get to you. Scotland, west Wales and Cornwall incur a £20 surcharge.

You are very welcome to visit and collect pots from us in Rede.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We do not accept payments on-line.

Accepted methods of payment are as follows.

• Cheques payable to Italian Terrace Ltd.
• Visa, Mastercard, and Debit cards.
• BACS payments, details on request.

When we have received your order we shall contact you for your preferred method of payment.
