ORDERING

This web site allows you to email an order. 

On the selected products pages you will see add to order and the wheelbarrow will indicate the number of items selected. To view this order page click on the wheelbarrow, you can then adjust the quantities and send the order to us.

An automated reply with an order number will be sent your email address.

If you prefer you can email us directly, or telephone to discuss your order during office hours or leave a message.

In all cases we shall need to discuss your order, delivery details and payment. We shall respond within 24 hours during weekdays.

If you are sending a gift we can add a greetings card with the order. Please include your message.

DELIVERY

UK Orders: We use a door to door delivery service for the pots and larger items. A speedy courier is used for the smaller plaques and pots. The driver, Martin, is very experienced in delivering our goods and will usually get to you within 2 weeks. If you need a specific date and time of delivery we may have to get a quote for a dedicated delivery to you. Areas in the UK less trodden may have to wait a little longer for Martin to get to you. Scotland, west Wales and Cornwall incur a £20 surcharge.

International Orders:

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We do not accept payments on-line.

Accepted methods of UK payment are as follows.

• Cheques payable to Italian Terrace Ltd.
• Visa, Mastercard, and Debit cards.
• BACS payments, details on request.

When we have received your order we shall contact you for your preferred method of payment.

All prices are inclusive of VAT

For International payments.
We accept bank transfers BACS into our account. Details will be available at the time of ordering.
Major credit cards will incur a 2.5% surcharge for sales outside the UK

PRODUCT INFO

Our collection is made of fine Tuscan clay. We use a special treatment to give the pieces a warm weathered and rough texture. It is unique in the world.

Many of our designs are exclusive and designed by Italian Terrace. The inspiration comes from the classical orders of the Roman Greek period of antiquity. We have a lot to thank them for.

It is very important to plant your pots correctly. If you follow our ADVICE your pots will be able to withstand our winter climate.
