PLANTING

site you will see pots ‘in situ’ and the Gallery page
which show examples of positions and plants. Here is a small list
of suitable plants which we like in pots, the choices are wider
and varied and we are always happy to suggest plants and nurseries.

The
plaques hang on the wall with screws and wire, like a picture.
They arrive predrilled with plugs to insert the screw. Use a
strong multithreaded wire to span the screws at the back of the
plaque, twisting the wire to avoid it slipping.
Some of the plaques have holes in the top to hook the wire through. If you wish,
embedding the plaques into the wall is very successful, not so good if you wish
to move them!
The sundials are for south facing walls, we include a brass gnomon, the arm which
casts the shadow.
